How long does it take to fulfill my order?
We take 2–5 business days to make your custom-ordered product for all production techniques. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.
Please note that shipping is not included in the fulfillment time. To get an idea of how long an order will take to arrive, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.
Can I change or cancel my order?
No. Unfortunately due to our manufacturing and shipping methods you can not change or cancel an order. Once your package arrives you have 14 days to return any unworn or unused merchandise. See refund policy.
What does Estimated Delivery Time (EDT) mean?
Our estimated delivery time (EDT) is our delivery time prediction. We calculate EDT by adding the estimated fulfillment time to the estimated shipping time.
The estimated delivery time is only that—an estimate—and not a guarantee. Please wait a little longer if your EDT runs out. Contact us via email after 5 business days, and we’ll look into it.
